Venla-joukkueen kova vahvistus Iveta Duchova on huhujen mukaan kovassa kunnossa! Tässä lyhyt esittely Tiomilassa ensi kertaa SK-paidan pukeneesta naisesta.

Goals this year: TOP15 at WOC in Finland and World Games in Columbia
Favourite distance: I like all distances.
Favourite terrain: technical, but good runnability
Other hobbies: cross country skiing, cycling and all other sports, friends, piano
What are your strenghts as an orienteerer? fighting spirit
Main principles in your training? I like changes, so my training is quite miscellaneous. During winter I prefer longer and slower runs, then shorter and faster. I mix longer intervals (4x 4 min) on paths with shorter intervals on a track (10x 400 m).
Why Finland and Kangasala SK? Because of the WOC in Finland and nice running gear, which are quite similar to my home club ;-)

What are you waiting from your new club? Good possibilities to train in amaizing terrains and lot of fun at competitions.
